Wave's Photo Thread - new pics 8/3

Most of what I put in her Beardie Tales thread is just pictures, so it seemed more appropriate to finally move it here... Plus, I spend more time here, since I like looking at everyone else's pictures. :lol:

So... here are some pictures of the Wavelet! :mrgreen:

These are from today, when she's just finished a shed, so is actually a uniform color for a change. And by just finished, I mean literally - the last bit on her head had come off in the bath just a few minutes before I started taking pictures.

Thanks! She's 14.5" and was 194 grams when I weighed her a few days ago. And constantly trying to shed one part or another, so still growing quickly!

Another beautiful dragon! I love the colors! Looks like shes growing up fabulously.

Thank you! Her colors are subdued - she doesn't have the vivid yellow-and-orange brightness of her parents or siblings - but I like that they're kind of pastel-looking (hard to get that in pictures, sadly).

Dang girl slow down!! I think hunters old but you outgrew him wave! Ok so he missing some tail lol but gee he just measured in at 12 in and I don't think he's missing more then 2 in lol :mrgreen:

:lol: But he has the excuse of parasites he's working to fight off. Wave has nothing to occupy her time but eating like there's no tomorrow!

Got a few more today - forgot to take my camera on the walk, as I'd intended to, so I couldn't get any outside pictures (we were too far when I realized I didn't have it for me to go back and get it - not in this kind of heat). When we got back in, I did the best I could with what remained of her bright, outside colors. Wave turns pretty bright-orange, with reds and purples, outside, then fades to a pleasant yellow-pink-and-purple once we're back in. So I think I got a few that kind of show the latter, at least... She's on her way (or in) the bath because she likes to poo in her travel cage if she hasn't already had a bath in the morning. Which is fine by me, because it's a whole lot easier to clean than her viv. :wink: But means she still needs a bath afterwards.

And a few mealtime pictures - still trying to figure out why standing in the greens was necessary. :lol:
