Wattage question, 18 watt work in a 17 watt fixture??

So I decided to do away with my Power Sun MVB Bulb. And I see everyone say's go to Walmart to get a Fixture for a Reptisun 10.0. So I did, I got a 24 Inch T8 Fixture that is 17 Watt's, but the 24 Inch Reptisun 10.0 T8 Bulb is 18 Watt's, will 1 Watt Cause the Bulb not to Produce UVB as well, or is 1 Watt so Minuscule it wouldn't matter? I mean I have a 24 Inch T12 fixture that is 20 Watt's but that that would Use the Bulb up to Fast?

Any Suggestion's???

Thank You! I saw that also! i checked the Site just to see that before I bought it. But on the actual Box the Reptisun 10.0 T8 come's in it say's it is 18 Watt's. Do you understand my Confusion?! >.< lol
