Watery Eyes

My bearded dragon Zeus has had some watery eyes to the point of a "tear" falling every once in a while. I notice this around feeding time more often, so could it be the smell of his food? On top of his veggies and roaches, he gets Flukers Buffet Pellets and T-Rex's Gourmet Blend mix. He really likes those and go for them more than eating his veggies, so Im rather hesitant to stop giving those to him. The gourmet blend has a strong smell though and you can smell it when you walk into the room. Could this be whats bothering him? I dont see anything in his eyes and he seems perfectly normal in every other way.

Thank you for your reply!
I definitely should have put a lot more work into looking up/at the ingredients for them. Since thats practically all he wants to eat, Im a bit nervous to stop giving them to him. He picks them out of his veggies when I give it to him mixed. Hopefully Ill be able to get him to eat his veggies more.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
