I'm not sure how the lizard itself is affected, but I found this news article that is worth knowing about....mentions Ghanns in there:

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/os-cricket-farm-bankruptcy-20100621,0,4775044.story

excerpt:

"Payne, owner of Lucky Lure Cricket Farm, supplied reptile owners, Florida theme parks and zoos with millions of singing insects every month until her Leesburg warehouse was suddenly silenced by a bug of a different kind.

A quick-spreading virus, blamed for destroying similar farms in Europe, wiped out her cricket colonies this year, contaminated her facility and forced the 58-year-old niche business into bankruptcy court this month."

This has been around for a bit Pam.
Seems all the crickets have carried the virus for sometime now and something has now activated it.

No issues, there is a lot of breaking news that comes out, and with the amount of posts not everyone sees it, and new info keeps developing on these sorts of issues.

I appreciated the article. I knew about the virus, but I didn't realize it was driving some big cricket breeders to bankruptcy.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
