Wait time for putting beardie in new viv(w/ pic)

I have finished the case and everything to my 4x2x2 viv. I built it a little differently, I wanted it to look more like a peice of furniture.
I put three drawers on the bottom and the interior is all formica that i adhered to the wood. I used birch and cabinet grade plywood. I applied a medium stain to the case and have been applying polyurethane wood sealer. How long is best to let it dry for before putting the beardie in its new home? :lol:
I also sealed the tile floor with a tile sealer. Both have been curing for about a week. I have the mega-ray in there and have had that burning in for about 4 days. 12 hours a day. I have been held up because the company that made the glass for me, miscut it by 6 inches. wow. Anyways, I have been testing temps with a temp gun from reptileuv.com. On the cold side I have a 150 CHE installed. The box on top is where all the light sockets and wiring are. So the lamps are a little recessed. I cant tell yet how they are until I get the glass to enclose it.
So how long do you guys think until I can give Crupi her new home? Anybody have any final checklists, in case I might have missed something?

Looks good, I would say 12-24 hours or until the fumes are gone! Good luck.

Updated photo... I just got the glass and it fits great!! I got the lights on with the glass in and I am monitoring temps right now...

The drawers are almost done, I am putting the polyurethane on them too as they will see lots of wear and tear..

Viv looks great man and this is coming from someone that builds stuff all the time so I know what I am looking at, and you did a great job. Give yourself a pat on the back for me. But onto the question at hand. Most of your clear poly's are dry within 24 hours but are not fully cured for about 30 days. With the heat on it I am sure it will cure faster. What I would do is once the smell is gone wait another day or 2 and I am sure you will be just fine to put your dragon in the viv. I say better safe then sorry

Well I got it all put together... I really didn't realize the amount of floor space she has now. I think its a little scary to her to be in such a big viv now. She is acting a little scared, puffing up at me when I try to come in.. Never actually bites but hisses a little. haha I stuff a peice of kale or a hornworm in her mouth.. I need some ideas on furniture to add.. I'm also building another for my other beardie without the drawers and it will fit on top, it will be like 44x22x22. I'll post a final picture tomorrow.Or i guess the begining of designing a cool interior.
