Vomiting?!

I just had Dr. Scales in the tub and I stepped out for a moment. When I came back, she was drinking tons of water. It was the time for me to take her out of her bath and I put her back in her terrarium. She made an odd squeaking noise, but I didn't think anything of it. Then she ran on top of her basking rock and puffed her beard like so it was flat but right under her chin - if that makes any sense - and it blackened. It went up and down like what a cat looks like when he vomits. Then she opened her mouth and like water came out with some pellet food she ate the night before.
I'm terrified.
Maybe she like ate some of her turd while she was drinking in the tub? Or maybe there was some soap in there like on the bottom of the tub??? I don't know, but I don't know what to do. She's stopped and now she's all clean, but I don't know what happened or why.
Please help!

Hi Josh....some dragons just drink too much too fast, then vomit it up. She should be fine as long as she didn't aspirate [ breathe it in her lungs ] As long as she's breathing O.K she should be fine, it's over and she'll bounce back. She may not have an appetite for a day or two [ or maybe more ] Be careful to not let her guzzle water again, and never leave a dragon alone while soaking. Once a week is plenty for a bath but don't let her drink too much. Or you can quit the baths [ unless she's dirty ] and offer water via syringe or eyedropper.
