Im not too sure if this is a crisis or not but charlie threw up his crickets today and yhey didnt look compleatly digested like I could still see shapes of them

am I feeding him too big of crickets??
when I go to the pet store the small crickets are honestly useless to buy brcause they are so small....
and he is big enough to be eating the large ones
I just dont know what to do

How big is Charlie?
The crickets, are they smaller than the space between his eyes?
What are his basking temperatures?

Are you allowing enough time in the evening to digest his food?
Be sure his temperatures are in a range of 95-110 to allow for proper digestion.
How many does he eat in one sitting?

Most of the large crickets are smaller than the space and I dunno how big he is really , and he eats 12-15 and his temps are fine
