Vitamins *AGAIN*

OK so I was using this chart for everything, but was recently informed that I should NOT be giving my baby calcium every day and multi vit 4-5X a day...
So Ive been giving calcium Mon-Fri and Multi Vitamin Sat and Sun......am I right?? or should I be giving more often? Also I only dust his breakfast, not his supper.....I dont want to dust too much, but I dont want to do it too little, either!

Mom, I dust all mine with calcium 5xs a week! And on Saturday just vitamins! And give Sundays off that way their system gets a break! Good luck..

Yes, dust 1 feeding with calcium, 5 times a week, and 1 feeding with vitamins 2 times a week. Its confusing i know

Yes you are right, thats the way I've always done it for babies. For a adult I only use calcium 3 x a week.
