Vitamin Supplements? Necessary? Advice!

Okay, so I have calcium powder with D3 and I thought I was good to go... until I stumbled upon some information that I have never seen before on care articles - Vitamin supplements. So... I did a bit of research and honestly it's hard to comprehend... Can I ask y'all what vitamin supplements can do? And, are they necessary if you're feeding the bearded dragon all the right stuff? I plan on feeding my bearded dragon gut-loaded dubias with a lot of other good greens that can contain the needed vitamins. I heard that it isn't necessary to give them supplements if they're eating good stuff. Also, what about vitamin A? I heard that vitamin can overdose easily and cause problems.. so I'm a bit scared. What happens if you don't give them vitamin supplements? So many questions.. lol.

I know that D3 is a vitamin but are there any other vitamin supplement like vitamin A that I should look out for?

I have some Repashy Supervite that i dust the bugs with now and then. It's probably more important for young dragons who eat mainly bugs. Adult dragons eat a lot of salad (hopefully) so a balanced salad diet can provide the vitamins they need on it's own.
