Vitamin/Supplement question

I have a question about vitamin and calcium dusting for the crickets. My beardie is still a baby, and I'm using the Repti-Sun 10.0 UVB bulb. I just bought Rep-Cal multivitamins and Calcium with D3. The containers say to mix the two in a 1:1 ratio and dust daily. However, I thought I read on here once that dusting with vitamins every day would be overkill for the beardies. I read you should dust with calcium 5x weekly and with the vitamins 2x weekly, and I haven't seen it suggested anywhere that the two formulas be mixed.

So my question to all of you would be what do you do for dusting with vits and calcium?

I follow (and give) the advice received here. When beardie was a baby and juvie I dusted 5 meals per week with cal, 1 - 2 meals per week with vites. There are vites that really should not be given more often than once or twice per week, as in accumulated doses, they can become toxic in the system; Vit. A for starters. Rep-Cal is a good product, but I don't necessarily agree with their dose suggestions.
