Visible parasites? ****Updated with pics**** Fecal done

Are there any parasites that would be visible to the naked eye in the fecal? i keep seeing a large amount of something i can only describe as really tiny rice grain-like objects...they are yellowish in color. When i get home i will upload the pic i took...any ideas? the poop has been more wet lately, but i thought that just meant good hydration...i dunno.

I used to work for a vet...anything that resembles a grain of rice could be a tapework segment, but I don't know if beardies get tapeworms.

yes i do believe beardies can get tapeworms, i think their a tad rare its not as common a worm for a beardie to get, tapeworms can cause malnutrition, intestinal dysfunction or an obstruction in the bowel or intestical tract.
i would recommend getting a fecal to a herp vet for your little one to be checked for all parasites and worms.

oh my goodness, thats looks an awful lot.
i wouldnt be able to tell you whether it was tapeworm or not though, i definitely know they do look like little grains of rice but have never actually seen them.
hopefully someone else will be along to help you out some more.

thanks for the reply...im looking into herp vets near me so to price out a fecal to see whats up...anyone else run into this?

pinworms, worm eggs and coccidia i have but not tapeworms.

ive never seen this in a bearded dragon but did once adopt a cat that had tapeworms and it looks just like that... i would get your beardie to a vet asap they are the only ones who can get it to go away.

oops well not me personally ,LOL, i have experienced these with my dragons i should have wrote,
on topic - as ive said before and along with everyone else you really need to be getting a fecal done asap now!

lolololol...well no updates, because tho she is eating like crazy...hasnt passed a fresh one in 2 days...so hopefully today there is a great big pile of lizard dung waiting for me at home. lol.

ok...so 15 min bath with onlt 15 mins till vets office closed...i got the sample and rushed over there as fast as i could and got the sample in....should know by friday...
