Very small bearded dragons for their age

My 2 dragon's are smaller then other dragons their age, there bolth 2 years old and the one female is 16 inches but very skinny (feed her alot of vegetables, she don't like crickets or mealworms) and the male dragon is about 11 to 12 inches (same as females)and hes alittle bit chubbier , but they aren't as big as a normal dragon ! How can i make them grow much faster and make emm wider and longer?

at 2 years old typically they are done growing.
are they housed together?

Mine are very small too. But mine have grown since i got them, They are also 2 years of age. And it's not suggested that you feed them mealworms anyways(just sayin)
