Very Distraut

my beardie seems very happy. im also very unhappy i feel like im not doing things correctly. her head has had this retained shed for atleast 2 or 3 weeks like the skin is almost white and i mean idk what im doing right or wrong , shes about 9 months old, poops once a day takes a couple weeks to shed her tail is starting to turn veryy dark. and idk i just cant figure it out. she snapped at me today and idk why.
and idk if my daily routine is right.
so could someone help me like tell me how often i should do stuff and what ur guy's daily routine is im just so distraut.

Are you giving her a bath in warm water to help with the shedding?
What are your temps?
What substrate is she on?
What is she eating?
Do you have a photo of her viv?
Maybe it's the UVB lighting you have.

yeah twice a week, 95-106 day time, crickets, and i have a powersun uv

You could increase the baths to once a day. Sometimes that will help them shed their skin. I have heard that beardies can be very temperamental when they shed.
