I've been taking care of my friends beardie and he is off the wall in comparison to mine. Separate cages and such of course.
we handle him , we give him baths and make sure hes fed and his cage is clean ,and still he ....FREAKS OUT . He dosnt bask anymore , the only time i see him sit still is when his light is off - most of the day hes just clawing at the sides of his cage , climbing up the walls and jumping off.
Is this kind of normal ? or do you guys have some suggestions on how to kind of get him back into his normal behavior. He was a real basker and now it looks like hes trying to get out of the cage through the roof of it.
I just want to know if theres anything I can do to help - does it come down to the matter of a bigger cage? I know my friend cant afford one at the moment but I may be able to help if thats whats causing his unease.
thanks everyone
