Vent looks concerning (PICS)

Just today, I noticed my dragon's vent is looking swollen, and had discharge from what I assume is going to the restroom. He's been eating normally (crickets, Phoenix worms, mustard/collards, squash), and has a new reptisun T5 UVB. We moved him into a new room, and he's been off along with this vent issue. Just lethargic/won't bask unless I make him. When he poops after eating Phoenix worms, some are completely undigested. He's had that with the worms since we got him in October. I let him run around for about an hour in a controlled spot hoping it'll help him get everything out. I'm concerned about his vent area and gave hi two baths today in 98 degree water... one without sugar and one with. Even after the baths it still looks dark. What could it be?

Hi there, it just looks like there's a patch of shed there, nothing else really looks off to me.

I don't see anything that causes me concern there either. Looks like a vent shed coming on.

Oh good, thank you both! I guess I didn't think of that since it's been a while since his last shed. Good to know that he's okay!
