UVB tube keeps flickering

Hi i bought a t8 repti sun 10.0 18w with a new 18w controller. Its been good the past few days however tonight ive been noticing flickering not so much that it turns off but its noticeable im not sure if its the controller or tube however.

Sounds like a supply issue (power supply). It could be the starter or ballast, or it could be the bulb needs to be seated better .(give it a twist in the sockets back and forth).

It might need to be replaced but I don't have the receipt, however my local pet shop sells repti glo but I I know there not as good but I think they'll do better than a faulty one, I have a mecuracry bulb on atm to give more Uvb because the current tube isn't producing alot of light
