UVB help?!

I just bought the Zilla Slimline Desert UVB Fixture.. & it won't work. I literally just pulled it out of the box (it looks perfect), and plugged it in & it doesn't turn on. It flickered a tiny bit, and then went out. I turned it on and off a few times and it did the same thing. Help?!

the ballast is probaly bad you will more than likly have to return it

Return it. Nothing else you can do really.

And when you return it, pick up a better bulb like the reptisun 10.0. The zilla bulbs aren't the safest out there

I took the plastic cover off, played around with the bulb, and it still doesn't work. I put it back together and I'm taking it back on Thursday.
