This may not belong in the beardie er and I might be stuck taking Prometheus to the vet, but I need help....

So today he ate his 6 crickets, loved em, then he clicked a bit, not a big deal as Ive been told.... But I'm slightly worried because I personally don't know what tye mucous would look like if he had any excess in his mouth, but it sounded really moist when he was licking his mouth....

Is this something I shouldnt worry about or should he go to the vet asap...

On the warm side of his tank it stays between 80° and 100° F on the cooler side it stays between 60° and 70° F... At night it drops down to the 60's but I keep a CHE on at all times, the humidity is between 20-40% on the warm side, cooler side 40-50%
His light is a zoomed 60 watts, hes very active still, and is about 3 months old, maybe more...

My slight concern is you only mention one type of light and it sounds like a bask light. What do you use for UVB?

It could be worth taking him to a vet as my bearded dragon has never clicked or made any sort of smacking or popping noises. I know every dragon is different, and I did have one with a facial deformity that would click after she ate, but it was do to her deformity.

His basking light also provides his UVB...He always has made some clicking noises after eating not too much only one or two, but recently, I don't know, it just seems that there is excess moisture in his mouth and I don't know what the mucous would look like if he had any...

The only person who knows what normal is for your dragon, is you. I've never seen any mucus or wetness of any sort around my dragon's mouth, but yours could be different. In the end, if you can afford it, just see an exotic vet for piece of mind.

When they are basking and gape is a continent time to look into the mouth. Look for discoloration, snotty mucous, bubbles and such. Like the previous poster suggest if you are concerned and can afford a vet visit an overall well lizard exam can give you piece of mind, as well as set a baseline with the vet should your dragon ever get sick. The vet could also give you a better idea of what to look out for. Since it doesn't sound like an emergency you can have more leisure looking for a good vet if you don't have one yet.
