URGENT!!! Shedding and sudden aggression

So my bearded dragon has been shedding or trying to shed for about 3 weeks. He cannot get the skin on his back to break and I am almost 100% positive his sudden aggression is due to shedding. I have never had a problem with him trying to bite, he has puffed up and hissed but the week before last he was 100% okay with touch and being held. This past monday he suddenly became aggressive and I am trying to put it off as being grumpy from shed, but he tried to bite me tonight and thats just not cool. So I am a little worried about this shed if its making him this uncomfortable. Do you think it is the shed?

So now to the health part of this post. Because he has been trying to shed for so long I went out yesterday and got him some Aloe Vera gel 100% aloe vera so not added junk. He seems to calm down a little when I put this on him. But he has stopped basking on his basking spot and I am getting SO worried about him.

His temps are perfect
Air temp hot side 90 cool side 82
Basking temp 103 (he likes it cooler than 105)
His humidity is at 15% I am going to try and raise it but dont know how. Do I just put some water in there?
I bathe him almost every day.
I cannot get this shed off of him and I dont want it to be a huge problem.
PLEASE HELP ME!
I dont know what will happen to him if he cant split this shed!

Did he move from his basking spot right after you used the aloe vera? I've heard it can burn them if they stay under their basking lights for too long, so he might have started to burn and just wanted to get away from it.

I'd say it's definitely the shed if you haven't had problems before. Shedding can make Beardies pretty grumpy, especially if it lasts a long time. When you bathe him, maybe try using a soft bristled toothbrush, like the kind you would use for a baby, to try and loosen the shed. Don't rub too hard, though, in case it's not quite ready to come off. Does he have any rough surfaces, like bricks or branches in his enclosure? When my Beardie sheds hs body he rubs his belly up against his branch and it gets the shed on his stomach to split and it all comes of in less than a day.

I only started using the aloe the day before I posted I think that was when but he has been doing the basking thing for a while. I went and got him a log to bask on and he is basking for some of the day but the shed is still not coming off. I will use the tooth brush thanks :)

His shed finally broke. After days of aloe and today's 3 minute soak it was coming away from the scales and after a little bit of rubbing with a baby tooth brush it busted open and now he is FREE and his colors are SOOOOO vibrant. My boy is turning ORANGE and RED

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
