URGENT HATCHLING CARE!

Ok. My seven eggs just hatched last night. They are still in the incubator and they are quite lively. I am going to put them in a ten gallon terrarium with paper towels. What should I feed them and when should I move them into their cage? I like detailed information. What other advice can any one give me?

you can try to feed them greens, i would also try pinhead crix, im not an admin and have never taken care of babie beardies, but that my 2 cents, also i would try to get them in their own cage asap if you have the money and room, but i dunno what i really talkin about :shock: nah but thats my suggestion

Hi Jo,
Congrats on the poopers. They may not eat for a few days so dont panic or worry to much. Put out GREENS not lettuce. Chop or rip them up small. Change out everyday as needed. I tend to start offering pinhead or 1/4 inch crickets about 2 to 3 days from the egg. Again they may not start eating right away. Hope this helps.

Most of the little guys are running around just fine. The runt named Petri and another one named Blue are the slowest to come around. Blue is a little kinked in his spine where his back legs are attached and his belly button is protruding from his stomach. He seems to be able to move around ok sometimes. Petri gets active after I have given him some water from a dropper and held him closer to the light. It is 90 degrees in the cage right now. Is that too hot?

I keep my hatchlings tank just like the adults. About 105 in the basking spot about 85 in the cool spot.
