How much does she weigh?
Watercress is high in oxalates so I would decrease on that one. The mustard & collard greens are ok, but still have some oxalates. The spring mix has a lot of baby greens which tend to be less in oxalates.
I would keep some protein in her system to keep up her strength, but focus on the greens & fluids for the majority right now.
I am glad that she doesn't mind the black cherry juice then, it will help out for her.
Legally, you do have a right to have a copy of the blood tests, as you did pay for them. I am not sure I would just take their word for it, either.
