Hi,
Our little beardies are growing soo fast that my husband and I are having a hard time getting the cricket order timing down... by the time we think we have got it, their appetite has grown more than they have!
basically we went to order crickets today but wasnt thinking.. our supplier doesnt ship on fridays, So that means we ordered today, they will ship monday and we can get them Tuesday. I have enough to get them through Sunday evening.
So since we are gonna have to run to a pet store for those couple of days that we dont overlap... what should I get them? I wanted to get some cricket ofc.. but ive never fed them any other kind of bug and id really like to get them something a little differant. They are around 4 months old and 12 to 14 inches.
Im kind of confused on the worms too, meaning meal and wax. Now ive heard that meal worms have a yucky shell that is hard to digest and wax worms are way too fatty, Is this correct or did I read wrong? What kind of worm do you guys suggest?
They will have their veggies too ofc but with as little as they are I hear its protein protein protein!
I recently got them some acorn squash but it didnt agree with little stewie very well, so back to yellow squash and greens i suppose.
