hi there, since i upgraded my male 3 year old beardy, Rango, to his new vivexotic 4ftx2ftx2ft viv i have been looking at my old viv and wondering should i use it to house another beardy as its just sitting in a corner unused (and i just want an excuse to get another one!) i was thinking of getting a morph and have been looking at different breeders, especially "Where dragons dwell" in Dublin as they sell stunning beardys. i then came across a breeder elsewhere who claims to stock beardy babies bought from where dragons dwell. All babies i've seen on the dragons dwell site look like nice, plump, healthy little dragons. the breeder i've been talking to has sent me this pic, which i know is from dragons dwell and looks like a healthy little dragon, claiming this is what it looked like when he purchased it

and this is the pic the breeder has sent showing what the dragon looks like now at (he guesses) 5-6 months. is it just me or does this baby beardy look underweight and a bad buy ??? and if it is underweight or not being cared for properly is there a chance if i do purchase it that with a little care it may gain a proper weight and turn out fine? any suggestions as to what i should do or any comments on my thoughts of a health issue being present in this dragon?

I've been looking back and fourth at the two pictures for the past couple minutes, and to be honest, to me they don't look like the same dragon at all.

The markings on the head are different. Also its hard to tell but in the first picture it looks like that beardie has clear nails, while in the second one it doesn't.

They might be the same beardie, but I wouldn't want to purchase that dragon just because of the doubt.

He does look kinda skinny in the second photo but that might just be the angle...

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
