Typical veterinary bill - UK?

Hello,

My Bearded Dragon is not walking properly on one of her front legs for some reason.

She is booked into a specialist veterinary clinic tomorrow, but I have no idea about the typical costs of an x-ray and any subsequent treatment.

The consultation is £32, but I want to make sure I have enough money available, should she need immediate treatment.

Can anyone help?

Hello,

I am not from the UK, but just wondered how things went at the vets?
Did you get a blood test done or an x-ray?
I hope she didn't hurt herself or have metabolic bone disease either.
Are you using a UVB light & calcium for her?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your interest and I am pleased to report that she is doing just fine. Thankfully, the injury was superficial, such as an insect bite or splinter. She didn't need any treatment, so I only had to pay for the consultation and I received some great advice as to general husbandry and preventing this from happening again, so both of us have come out in big smiles

She has been with me for a number of years now, so I knew it wasn't the set up of her viv that was causing her the issues.

A splinter huh? At least it wasn't anything serious though. Do you have any pictures of her?
How old is she?
I am glad you had a nice vet visit, that is always encouraging.
