Twisted nails

I noticed my Beardie's nails are twisted, like the pictures above, and I wasn't sure if this was bad or this happens often to beardies, I'm quite worried and couldn't find anything online so I was turning to here for help. If there is anything anyone can do to help it would be greatly appreciated.

If that just happened recently, then the nail may have gotten caught in something and twisted. It may stay that way or it may fall out after a while. As long as the toe doesn't start to looks swollen or damaged then it should be OK in the long run. Infection would be my main concern. Is she showing signs of the toe bothering her when she moves around?

No she has been moving around fine and climbing and everything normally, and she doesn't seem to mind if I touch the toes or anything, she's just carrying on as normal. I will keep a close eye on the toes though to make sure there is no infection starting, everything seems fine for now though.
