turning a bedroom into 3 enclosures need advice

Alright so basically I want to turn a bedroom into 3 enclosures, just making divider walls out of plywood to seperate them.
each section will be roughly 5'x5' and i think 2.5' high walls should suffice.

For their UVB lighting i use reptisun 10.0s. I was thinking for a 5x5 enclosure they would need 2 4'bulbs going across it but Im not really sure if that will be enough or too much.

I think i will cover half of the enclosure and hang the heat lamps and one of the uvb bulb under the enclosed side, to help hold in more heat on that side, then hang another uvb on the open top side and maybe an extra heating bulb to keep that side at 80-85 if its needed.

if anyone has experience with this any advice is appreciated, still in the planning stage the room to be is not even emptied out yet so plenty of time. my biggest concern is making their basking spots stay warm enough but not heating the whole room to 100 and giving them no cool spots and of course making sure they have a proper amount of uvb in this big of an enclosure.

Wow! Your idea sounds great! I know there have been one or two members on here previously that built large enclosures(the size of a closet).
I can tell you from experience that you will have a hot room with all the heat bulbs. The reason I know this is that I have an enclosure for one of my beardies that is 60"(L) x 42"(H) x 36"(W), a little narrower than what you are describing. I have one 48" Reptisun tube centered towards the back of the tank, a 100 watt flood light for basking and a 100 watt household bulb on the coolside. The enclosure is in my son's room and with the door closed it can get pretty darn warm... and we have our A/C set at 73-74 degrees on my son's side of the house.
Here is a pic of the enclosure. At the time of the pic I had a 160W MVB and a 75W on the coolside.

The only openings are the two doors on either side, which have a plastic covering with holes. The top is totally closed off. Since putting in the Reptisun, I have had to block off one of the doors to hold in the heat on the basking side.

With it being that open you're going to have a hard time keeping heat where you want it without heating the whole room. You may be better off building large enclosures in the room but it's still gonna get really hot in there.

Awesome idea - maybe you can create "smaller enclosures" for basking that have a little door type opening (just a hole obviously) that the lizards can get in and out of if they want to run around a little more - that way the heat will be confined to that smaller enclosure area.

Not sure how it would be done... but just a thought
