Turks when can i start feeding them

i am going to receive about 1000 turks this friday i have 3, 5-6 month dragons when will i be able to feed them the roaches and have a good colony going.
also i want to make my own chow for them wat do i need to make it out of?
and at wat temps should i have them so they can breed them really fast?
and how would i be able to tell the difference between them males and the females :?:
any advice would be realy helpful at this time thanks guys

I sent you a mix size so your have stuff you can start feeding off now. They have a softer shell than crickets but you still dont want to feed off ones that are to large. The females are black and the males have wings, so dont feed them off either.
