Turkish roaches, housing?

Hey, were trying to start a colony of Turkish roaches and would like a few tips. We have 100+ of them, all sizes\ages. They are in a giant storage\tupperware type bin and have quite a few egg cartons to crawl around on. They still have some food that they came with but we'd like tips on food types and when our colony will be big enough to where we can feed them to our lizards.

I use 10 gallon aquariums with vasoline on the top corners....

they can climb on glass? but not plastic?

They don't climb the glass, they climb the silicone corners hence why I vasoline them at the very tops.

Certain types of plastic (textured) many roach soecies can climb...so be aware. Nymphs have less problems climbing surfaces than adults do.
