Hi, i was wondering if this behavior is normal or if there is something wrong.

I gave my new Beardie a bath in the sink.
She just sat and enjoyed while a sprinkled drops on her back,
then she put her head in to drink,
which is great because she hasn't drunken anything since I got her Friday.
She Inflated her stomach, which I know is normal
but even after taking her out and putting her back under her basking light
her stomach is still inflated and feels all airy.

Could it be because she hasn't pooped either?
that was one of the reasons I gave her a bath.

I sure hope this is all relocation stress.

Well her tummy finally went down, but she still hasn't pooped.
I don't know when she pooped last, Ive only had her since Friday
and I haven't seen any poop in her cage at all.
Well the breeder says she had been eating superworms and gave me some,
but she refuses to eat them so I think he was lying.
I got her crickets and she eats about 5, I got her to try some raspberry today.
I have that and some salad in her cage but hasn't touched it.

The bath was a good idea then, I would feed to much of anything until she goes, just bathe once a day. How long is she from nose to tail tip? What is her basking temperature? What type and brand is her UV and how close can she get to it?

Well I haven't measured her yet, but here is a few pictures of her.

The thermometer says 86 right now, its a 100W Zoo Med Basking Spot Lamp
I got her kind of last minute (I wasn't expecting her for another month and the breeder had to leave state asap) so I don't have a UV lamp yet. (waiting for payday)
But I take her out into the sun outside everyday to try to make up for it,
and it helps that it has been 90-100 everyday.
But I am looking to get a 10.0 Zoo Med bulb.

Bulb or linear (strip)?
She is adorable, isn't she.
Her basking should be 105-110°F, if she is not up to the proper heat she will have problems digesting her food and may be blocking or causing constipation.

BTW did you see my response on you other post?

Yes I did! thank you : ) you are so helpful.

I have the basking light in bulb form and the UV will be that long bulb,
not the standard linear size, kind of a cross between the two.
I got the stick on strip thermometer and is said the heat I have is perfect,
but you are right, it is probably too low.
I was hoping it was made to read low but be correct, oh well.
Am I some how able to make the basking bulb get hotter?
Or am I going to need the other light source for it to get that hot?

You can possibly increase the wattage of what you are using now. Depending on what wattage is currently being used. How far away from the basking spot is the bulb? Which bulb is it again?
The stick on thermometer will read what it is stuck to so the glass most likely.

Well it is a 100Watt Zoo Med basking bulb
and it is about 7 inches away from where she lays.
Sometimes she moves away, but i think she gets bored, not too hot.

I would get a digital w/ probe thermometer so you can be sure first, then go from there. I would also bathe her daily until she poops, if it is a concern, also I wouldn't feed her at all tomorrow, it can only make it worse if there is a blockage, allow drinking though if she does in her bath.

Thank you so much!
I was reading and I guess most people give baths in the morning?

Alright, Thank you so much!
She is starting to get more active so Im really excited.
For the past 2 days she wouldn't move out of a spot I put her
and she would barely ever open her eyes,
but now she actually crawled out of her basking spot to crawl under it lol
now she is looking all over the place and being curious hehe

Well I woke up this morning and checked her cage for poops,
and there were none.
So I went back to sleep for a hour or two,
then got up and gave her a bath for awhile
used a toothbrush to rub her a bit cause she is shedding on her head.
She didn't drink any water.
I picked her up and rubbed her belly to see if it would help,
but she has still not pooped at all...

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
