Trying to tell the sex of my bearded dragon

My beardie is about 3 months old and Ive tried too figure out the sex but I'm not sure. I know males have two bumps and females have one. But I just cant tell. I would like too post a picture and maybe you guys could tell me. But the photo uploader wont work for me.

The flashlight trick is great, but it doesn't work well for babies. Post a few pics with the tail arched up like in those pics and I can probably tell you.

I see that there was a lack of cooperation during the photo shoot. It's hard to tell because of those very prominent patters on the tail right in the focus area , plus it was fuzzy a lot of the time. But from what I could see there were no hemipene bulges so for now my guess would be female. In different light + without the stress marks it might show differently if you want to try again in a few weeks or month.

Lol yes. Spyro does not like to sit still. He or she likes too run around my bed and play. Im sorry about how fuzzy it was. My camera is not the best. But thank you for your guess. I will definitely try again in a couple weeks to see if the flashlight sexing works. Right now I cant tell even with that method.

I would have kept the name. I love Spyro (that little purple dragon on video games is just too cute!). We named our dragon Maximus because it is the Latin term for "greatest" or "largest". She is large and great, so we kept her name when we found out she was female. We call her Maxie or Maxine or just plain Max. Our other dragon is Jack. He was either going to be Jack-alyn or Jack. He's a Jack. LOL.
