Troy - The Bearded Dragon

Hello all,

Got my first ever reptile on 28.03.11 (that's 28th March, I'm a Brit!), he's around 11 weeks and he's great.

He ate fine the first day I got him, though I've never seen him in his food ball eating greens, I've tried all sorts. I guess he is kinda young, so there is still hope. He started to go off food for a few days or so, but is now consistantly eating at every meal time and has started eating crickets from my hand too.

He likes being handled, though he tries to skit around sometimes, but I just persist and stroke his head to calm him down and he is fine. He has already had his first shed with me too.

Nosey neighbour!

Put some decor in his Viv but raised it so crickets could not hide in it. Troy decided he wanted to investigate:

I have been spraying him with water every now and again, but decided to give him his first bath today:

lol don't worry. he'll get there. only in the last two weeks has my Archer eaten any greens despite me offering them every day. and even now he only nibbles at them. he's more interested in his bugs than his greens.
