trouble shedding

My beardie is haveing trouble sheeding his tail. Iv been giving him a bath almost daily. while he soaks I rub at the tail with a toothbrush to encourage it to shed. He is now starting to shed again and hasn't finshed the last one should i be worried. What can i do to help him.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
