Hi i have had my beardie for nearly 2 years now and recently he has began to stop doing his buissness in his viv he always has done it in a corner then he went anywhere but he has always done it in his viv since i got him and then obviously i would clean up but now all of a sudden he wont do it unless he is out of his viv and on the floor he will even go days without doing it until he stays out of his viv for awhile then he will do it lol how can i get him back into doing it in his viv as i wouldnt want him to not do it for a long time if i kept him in his viv lol

You can try getting him to poop in a bath. It makes life so much easier.

hi thanks for your reply i do that but i can only do it when im home from work at half 6 but then he still doent do it as its to late i guess and he has held it all day bless him so now he only seems to do it on the weekend when he is out of his viv or having a bath morning/afternoon time.

Ah, that's a bummer. Jace has just started holding it in until he gets a bath. Hope you figure out something soon =)

hmmm ok thats a good idea what should i put in it as all i have in his viv is reptile carpet plus not sure how to get him into doing that??

I'm not sure what to use. Maybe shredded paper? I think sand is the only thing that would need to be replaced everyday, but it is not ideal. Hmmm....
