Training questions

Does anyone know if I can train my beardie to walk on my hand when I want to hold him, or at least make him more comfortable when I hold him. When ever I take him out he just seems scared and sits still, it takes him time to actually start moving and enjoying the free space.

Just keep at it. He will get more comfortable with both the space and your hand over time. Some beardies will run right up to a hand, while others (like Max) are spoiled children and wait for you to pick them up :lol:

offer a treat to your beardie when you stick your hand in, just keep a worm or something in your palm and wait for him to run up

Haha thank you both of you. My baby Iggmond sometimes licks my fingers but I'm not sure if that's so good. He might think I'm food. :lol:

Mine is the exact same! Too lazy to come to me,so I have to pick him up first..If not,I'd be standing there for hours waiting! :roll:

Bing will somtimes crawl off of is basking branch on to my hand but A lot of times he makes me pick him up.After I get him out he crawls over every thing.
