Towel beds

Hi, for my 7-9 month old bearded dragon would it be ok if i folded a towel (or along them lines) and put her in it at night to sleep so she can get comfy, I know people do this but im worried she will move and go head first into it, would there be any issue of breathing while she sleeps?

We rescued a dragon and she had sand in her tank. When we put the mat in instead she seems like she couldn't get comfortable so I put in one of my old tank tops and she moved it around into a little nest. I was worried at first too but maybe try something a little smaller than a towel.
