So apparently my beardie, Capt Barbossa (his new name), thinks of himself as a tough guy...but only when no one is looking.
About a week ago I moved his tank into my room, mostly because I don't spend much time in the living room where it used to be. Typically he just scampers around his viv and stares at me. But when I go to bed he will wait until my eyes have been closed for a while, usually 5-10 min, then he will puff himself up and rapidly flare out his beard while looking at me. As soon as he notices that I've opened my eyes again he will quickly deflate and act like he wasn't doing anything. He is such a weirdo.
