I stopped by a exotic pet store today just outside Toronto. First time I was ever there. I don't think it is fair to pubically mention their name.
Soon as I walked in I was taken back by the smell. I cant describe it other to say it was absolutely gross. There was a 20 gallon tank with 2 juvie sized dragons. One I thought was dead. It's eyes were closed and it was so skinny and was missing half it's tail with a fresh wound a couple inches past that. I had to watch it for a while to see it breath before I knew it was alive.
In another large tank (5' long). There was no less than 11 fully grown beardies with no heat light or UVB. The store had crap everywhere, you could hardly walk. I was totally disgusted and left.
I can't believe places like this can stay in business.
