Hello everyone,

I have bred and housed dragons for over 15 years. This new addition is my first ever established adult that I have taken without knowing a whole lot. He was fed properly because he is healthy looking but he is very grumpy. I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to ease him back in to a comfortable level. He is impossible to pick up as he will beard, turn sideways and almost certainly will bite. I have given him several baths only using the scoop and cover method with a plastic container. any help will be greatly appreciated

I found that proper heat/lighting and diet go a long way on their own. Give him some time to settle in to his new home and a new routine. After a while, try handling him in the evening when he's a bit more tired. It may take several months for him to get used to handling so go slowly and be patient.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
