Too Small of Tank?

Hello Again~

I have a 7 month old Beardie named Mushu, and was wondering if the tank he's in is too small for him...

He is about 14" to 15" long, not sure how much he weighs...

His tank is 30"Lx12"Wx12"H, purchased in the Combo ZOO MED Bearded dragon Terrarium Kit, He has a Reptisun 10.0 UVB bulb, and a 100W basking bulb.
Temps are 100-110°F On the warm side and about 86°F on the cool side...
I've been eyeing the Exo Terra 36"x18" 40 Gallon breeder tank, as something to get as soon as I get paid in august... If it's something he definitely needs, I'll get it for him before I get paid...

For 7 months old, is 15 inches too small? I don't know who or where to find accurate information...

His size is fine for a 7 month old, that is about average. Some are bigger at that size and some are smaller.
