Sorry if this has been asked already, but i couldnt find it, is there such thing as too much humidity for dubias? my humidity is at 80%...just seems awfully high...what do u think?
Nah, your humidity is fine. They're from Latin America, so a tropical environment suits them fine!
The only thing about high humidity is that it necessitates more cleaning and dubias will do okay with a lower humidity. But if it hasn't been an issue, don't stress it- they're perfectly happy little buggers.
They will be ok themselves with humidity that high, but you should watch closely for signs of mold which could kill them if they ingest it. Dry food will mold quickly at those levels. I would try increasing the ventilation and get the humidity down to around 55-60%
