Too much eating

I got a bearded dragon about 7 months ago and he's eating way to much he eats 2 dozen crickets a day and its getting expensive and I don't know what to do I've thought about selling him but I really like him and I just don't want to sell him. I been trying to put him on a smaller diet but its not working. So what should I do?

How old if your beardie? If he's less than a year old, and growing at a good pace, 2 dozen crickets a day isn't really that much.
You shouldn't restrict his live feeders just because you can't afford it; that wouldn't be fair. That would be the same as someone limiting how much you could eat in a day.

If you're buying the crickets from pet stores, then you'll be spending at least 2x the amount of money than if you bought in bulk from online suppliers.

Ya I'm going to try to breed them in a plastic tub, and if that doesn't work ill try and buy some online.
What are some websites that I can get them off

I use Mulberry Farms (http://www.mulberryfarms.com/) for worms, but Premium Crickets (http://www.premiumcrickets.com/) for crickets (their crickets are healthier and nearly 100% arrive alive). But there are a lot of others that offer different prices and s/h charges, depending on where you're located.

I'm sure others will chime in with who they use and why. Whatever you do, DO NOT use Petco's online feeder order. My former beardies ended up with parasites after eating their crickets.

Haha I laughed when I read the title. My beardie isn't even 4 months and he ate over 200 small crickets per day.

Definitely go online. I was paying $0.12 per cricket at the pet store. I now buy dubia roaches 1000 for $48. Dubias are more expensive, but you shouldn't pay more than $35 for 1000 crickets including shipping.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
