Too humid to take him outside?

Hello everyone,
I was planning on taking Cho out into town today since they have a little market going on Saturdays. I took him out into the garden yesterday on a harness for about 10mins and he was fine I did check the humidity on the weather channel today and they said 100% (I live in NZ). I heard it's bad if humidity goes over 65%? Is this just inside their tanks? I was planning on staying at least an hr in town, overall he would be 2 hrs out of his tank. Could this be a problem for him?

The humidity limit is usually for their enclosure. At 100% humidity is it a rainy forecast? It's good to provide natural sunlight so I'd imagine it would be OK for a couple of hours as long as he has a relatively dry area to be in back home.

thanks for the quick response-
it's really sunny today but it rained yesterday so it is a bit wet. But he'd been on my shoulder and not on the ground. We'll see how it goes. thanks

If it's sunny, then I'd go for it because the sunshine is so beneficial for them. Have fun =)
