hello,

I have read in numerous places that squash is good for Saphira. I've seen that it's best to cook it and I've seen that raw is best. In your feeding experience which is better?

Probably either way. :) If feeding it raw, it would need to be finely shredded if she's very small. Everything they would eat in the wild would be raw but of course they wouldn't come across wild squash growing in the outback. :) So either way is O.K....maybe try it both ways and alternate.

Yeah I think it comes down to her preference. Try both and see which she prefers. I've offered cooked spaghetti squash but usually just chop up green and yellow squash into small worm shapes and put them in the salad.

Depends on what squash you're using, but for things like acorn and spaghetti squash, I put the squash in the microwave just for a few minutes, so it's easier to chop a piece off for grating.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
