tiny white speckles on dubia?

Hey guys,
So I moved all of my roaches from the "colony" bin into my feeder bins so I could just feed off what I had since they're all still nymphs but when I was pulling some out I noticed white speckles on a few of the roaches. My first thought is mites so I'm wondering if anyone has heard of mites affecting dubia. my second thought was fruit fly larvae but I assumed they would only affect dead bodies and the chow. I will try to get some pics and post but they are so small that I doubt it would show in the pics anyways.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Hmm interesting. I've never heard of this really happening.

Can you take a picture of it? Might help us understand what is happening better.

Yeah dust came to my mind too. I often see little dust's of dog food on my dubias.

I haven't seen dust on them before but it is a possibility. I'll try to get pics when I get off work but don't know how well it'll show things. Hopefully it is just dust

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
