I was feeding Girl some squash baby food tonight. She loooves it and is very enthusiastic about eating it, often lunging for the dropper I use (any other suggestions for feeding it to them?). I usually draw it away until she calms down but tonight she surprised me, and in this surprised I ended up squirting the entire amount on her poor little face. It was probably only about a millileter(?) or less and I wiped it off afterwards, no harm seemed done.
At the end of her feeding though I noticed she was blowing tiny bubbles out of her right nostril. She's done it about twice and this is the only time I've noticed it ever happening. So now my brain is going to over-paranoid crazy drive (OPCD) and I need some advice. Is this a result of maybe some food getting into her nostril? Or prelude to something worse, such as a possible resp. infection?
