heyy i have a question if any of you can help me because there isnt a site that i know of for my savannah monitor.. umm well when he walks he drags his head n the sand and he is really wobbly and has a hard time getting his foo di have to actually hand feed him and guide is head to the food.. i am scard that theres soemthing really wrong with him do any of u kno what might be wrong with him its like he is all off balance

Sounds like there is a neuroligical issue going on with him.How long have you had him?What is his set up like?Temps,substrate,humidity,feeding?

How old is he?
There are several things that it could be from neurological, to hypocalcemia, to dehydration.

i have had him bout a lil under a year now um i have sand n there bunch of rocks so he can bask on i dont know the exact temp n humity because i dont have a termomitor and i feed him hard boiled egss and crickets .. i have a mulit vitiman and i have calcium but i prob dont use it as much as i should and oo i have like a tub in there big enough for him to put his whole body head to tail in and he is often just relaxing in there this all just started 2 days ago.. and i have another one but she is completely fine

Ok first thing is you have to get a thermometer you could be frying him which would explain the neurological issues.Also you have to make sure he is getting a good portion of calcium.Again his can cause neurological issues.I am not sure I would recommend just eggs and crix as a diet either.At a year old he should have moved to rodents already.I think the most important thing is for you to make the husbandry corrections and hopefully you will see an improvement with his neurological issues.

What type of monitor do you have?
Being as they have specific temperatures that they need to be kept in, I highly recommend getting a digital probe or a temp gun to monitor his temps.
As suggested, this could be neurological problems, or some other complication from nutritional problems or dehydration. Could you post a picture of his tank setup please?
I have to agree, he should be on a more varied diet than eggs & crickets. Since you are not feeding any calcium, he probably is not getting near the calcium that he needs for his requirements. How large is he?
