This happen to anyone before?

We order from reptiworms.com, which is a pretty good site to order from. However something odd has happened. My husband ordered reptiworms Monday morning and got the confirmation email stating that they had been ordered and by Tuesday the money had cleared from his account. However, he never got an email with a tracking number. He emailed the company telling them that he didn't get a tracking number this morning and is still waiting for a reply.
Has this ever happened to anyone else but still received your feeders without issue?

Yes, I've actually never received a tracking number from them without asking, but my shipment always shows 2-3 days later. If paid on Monday, I generally get them by Thursday. The first time I ordered from them I emailed them to ask for a tracking code, and they provided one, but since then I haven't bothered.
