Think it’s time for the vets.

I’ve tried everything to try and help loosen Leo’s femoral pores but there’s two that just keep growing and he can’t seem to rub those two down.
He isn’t in any pain and they aren’t swollen/infected and is happy and healthy but I would rather get it sorted now then it get to the point of that.
I’ve tried soaking him in the bath, gently rubbing it with a toothbrush, rubbing coconut oil on it and it doesn’t seem to be budging.
Do you think it’s the right decision to take him to the vets?
Anyone in the UK in the West Midlands around Coventry/Birmingham area know any good vets? There aren’t any specialised reptile ones where I live so I will be traveling to one that specialises in reptiles as I want Leo to be in good hands and for the vet to know what they’re doing.
I’ve attached some pics of the two stubborn pores and a pic of Leo just because he’s a cutie!!
He does also have a piece of slate and a log in his viv that he uses everyday.

Apply some light pressure to them and one or more should pop - coconut oil will make them soft - goop it on and then gently squeeze them or push down on them they will pop like a zit

I don’t want to risk it getting infected and it leading to something more. I’ve tried to apply light pressure, not to pop them out, just to see if they are getting unclogged and getting softer but they aren’t. I think there’s too much buildup making it hard to get out.

Hello!!! The big one has just come out the morning after he’s been in the bath. It’s now just an open hole. I was wondering how to stop it getting infected as i’m worried anything can get to his gland now.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
