I have some fleece so I made some hammocks and I made some blankies as well
Cant wait for my my beadies so have a great sleep tonight all snuggles in their beds in new updated vivs with tiled floors and everything

I am new to this Beardie Blanket phenomena! Is there any particular reason for the blanket, or is it just a cute, novelty thing?

My male doesn't really use blankets but my girl she has a blankie and a couch I made- and protects them!! She loves her couch

I was just discussing it with my vet last week and it tickles me too. i really think its a conrovental element blankies. in the wide they do burrow down in rocks and sand holes for the night , so nice tight places are feelings of security for them. i have moved my boy permently up in my bedroom away from the females compleatly ( he hit puberty and tantrums) so anyway i go up early and play on my playstation so i get him out so he can run around on my bed for a couple of hours. once hes knackered and has stopped running around and trying to mate with me (lol) he burrows into my custions next to my neck line. i then give him a bit and put him back in his palace.

so then it makes me think we are acually feeding our human prospective and needs onto an animal. mmmm this aspect does humour me , toys ect and blankies. i spose if your tank is constantly spotless and you change and wash them every day for hygene then why not each to there own...and i am quite sure my sexy dude would have one if i let him. lol.
