The "dirt" that reptiworms come in?

Okay so I know it's not actually dirt and that it is safe. But I feed my guy Rocky Reptiworms everyday and I am worried about impaction now...

Can someone tell me that the substrate that the reptiworms come in is safe and digestible to beardies? I have never heard anything bad about it but I just need a reminder because he definitely digests some every time he eats them.

Easy fix! Take desired amount of worms out of container and put in small bowl. Let stand at room temp for 10 minutes and.. Walla, the dirt dries and falls of worms, leaving them spotless!
